Booking is not taken as confirmed until full non-refundable deposit via cash, cheque or bank transfer has been received and confirmation of this has been sent from us via email, post or text.

Full details (name, addess, phone, membership number, etc) are required to secure booking.

Deposit to be paid within 10 days of initial booking, otherwise booking will be cancelled.

Non-refundable payment for full stay to be paid in cash on arrival or bank transfer before arrival at Dunree Caravan Site. No pitch will be allocated until all site fees are paid.

No refunds for early departure

If booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before check in date, full payment is required.

1 x Electric hook up per unit for internal use only (not for heating awning or recharging a car) - metered £1/£2 coins

Breathable groundsheets only

Speed limit of 5MPH to be adhered to at all times

BBQ's are to be kept off the ground to protect the grass.  No campfires, no open fires, no fire pits.

Children and pets to be kept under control at all times

No animals to be left unattended in caravans or motorhomes

Consideration for other site occupants to be kept at all times

No ball games

Respect other occupants privacy and stay within your own pitch

Environmental green fluid only to be used in chemical toilets

Failing to comply you will be asked to leave
